CIELO empowers low-income Orange County residents to make their dreams of owning a small business come true. We take a case management approach to our services, offering personalized training and ongoing support to ensure that our clients are always at the center of our mission.

We help entrepreneurs from developing their business ideas, gaining the entrepreneurial skills to succeed, and being equipped with tools and resources to build solid business foundations from which to grow.

CIELO offers various forms of assistance, including: ongoing mentoring and coaching with our staff of trained experts; technical assistance to participants who qualify for and would like to apply for micro-loans; and capacity building in the form of ongoing training and support to growing businesses.

Entrepreneurial Training Courses:

CIELO offers 3 week entrepreneurial training courses to ignite your entrepreneurial passion and arm you with skills, tools and knowledge. Having completed your training, individuals will meet one-on-one with our Entrepreneurial Coach and determine next steps to building your business venture.

If at the time, individuals are not prepared to invest the time and resources needed for their venture, CIELO guides individual through life-skills, workforce development and leadership skills to ensure their personal success.  Look at our full workshop list at www.cielocommunity.org/calendar.
